The largest and most historical room in Yala Maya Kendra, Baggikhana & Portico hails from the time of Rana General Madan Samsher. “Baggi” means carriage and “khana” means house — it once stored horse-drawn carriages of Rana Princess Jagadamba. With its soaring ceilings, classic wooden beams, and the charm of centuries past, this versatile space gracefully accommodates both formal and cultural events. It radiates a sense of history while providing a comfortable and inspiring environment for gatherings of all kinds.
